Company Description

Auguste The Label is a vintage-inspired women’s and girls clothing company headquartered in Byron Bay, Australia.

Auguste donates 1% of their sales to The Australian Marine Conservation Society and the Orangutan Land Trust through 1% For The Planet — but that isn’t the only way they support environmental issues. They also highlight important causes with with limited runs of tee shirts and tote bags, and donate the full retail revenue of those sales. Their commitment to treading lightly and consuming mindfully runs throughout the entire business, from their solar powered headquarters to the ethically sourced textiles used in their SEDEX accredited factories, and even down to their compostable garment and shipping bags.

Auguste The Label founder and creative director, Ebony Eagles, is a self-taught designer and entrepreneur who made her first skirt when she was only eight years old. Over the course of her career, her drive for success has been joined by another compelling need — to leave the world a better place for her children.
