Livoos is an online marketplace selling international luxury brands.
The company donates 50% of their commissions on every product sold to a diverse range of charitable causes, from those focused on serious health conditions, to those focused on animal conservation, among many others. On each product page, Livoos displays the portion of the sale proceeds from that item that will be donated to charity. Customers then select where the donated funds will go from a list of pre-approved charities – or they can nominate one of their own.
In an article in The Telegraph, founder Flavio Amorelli spoke of his work: “We are creating a whole new way of fundraising: you’re buying a product that you love and supporting a cause that you care about without any additional cost.” Brands include Gucci, Amanda Wakely and Finsk, and will soon include Bally and Paul Smith.
