Smile Squared sells toothbrushes and small travel accessories, including travel organizers and journals, for adults and children.
Smile Squared is dedicated to helping support and improve health and well-being for children in need around the world. For each Smile Squared toothbrush sold, the company donates one to a child in need, while 10% of net profits from the sale of travel items help fund wish trips for children facing life-threatening medical conditions. Smile Squared aims to help 1 million children and families through their business. To date, the company has donated toothbrushes to children in all 50 states in the U.S., and more than 20 countries worldwide.
Smile Squared founders Eric and Geri Cope adopted their oldest child from Guatemala, where they learned that children’s health and well-being were at risk because they lacked access to toothbrushes and other basic oral hygiene supplies. The Copes soon developed the business plan for Smile Squared toothbrushes, and later decided to introduce their lines of travel goods to help fund wish trips for children in critical condition. The company’s work in support of children has attracted attention from tastemakers including O and The Oprah Magazine, Martha Stewart’s Whole Living, and Dr. Oz – The Good Life.
